639 damn they're fine, heart sinking deeply one more time (639) is a performance that explores the blurry lines between virtual love and physical pain. Part autobiographical and part fantastical, this dystopian dance performance projects Honey Galliano's body in real-time as they execute a dynamic and percussive stream of consciousness. 639 collides lamentations of heartbreak and gaslighting into statuesque moments of Queer empowerment. This work was originally commissioned for Midsumma Festival 2021 in Naarm (Melbourne) by Centre of Projection Art.
