After sellout shows in 2021, DIRTY PASSPORTS is back for a Pride Edition! A celebration of Aotearoa's finest BIPOC storytellers and spoken word artists, DIRTY PASSPORTS features your favourite minorities behaving badly, untwisting their tongues and shattering stereotypes all for your displeasure. Curated by and featuring 2020 National Slam Champion Nathan Joe, this lineup is not your typical demure poetry reading. Less open-mic and more smash-the-mic. MC'd by Manu Vaea, the lineup includes a mixture of returning favourites (Samuel Te Kani) and legendary newcomers (essa may ranapiri). A love letter to any minority who has ever found joy in doing what they’re not supposed to. To anyone who has ever been sick of the status quo and just wanted to fuck some shit up.
