Auckland Council's Proud Centres in partnership with Corban Estate Arts Centre is hosting a photographic portrait series by Samora Kake and Edith Amituanai, which focuses on our LGBTTQIA+ BIPOC communities. A special mural will be created by graffiti artist HASER at Corbans Estate Arts Centre in collaboration with a group of youth and used for the background of these portraits. A selection of the portraits will then be printed and exhibited at Corbans and in various Proud Centres facilities including Nathan Homestead Pukepuke in Manurewa.
